I am a huge makeup guru and this app helps me tons. I can clearly see my rewards, as well as activate or redeem them. The app is what made me love Ulta so much. Used to shop at Sephora.. now I go straight to Ulta!
I have really enjoyed the app.. having fun shopping and having it delivered to my front door!!
The Ulta app is the bomb
I am a total makeup hair care skin care and over all beauty geek. I love to shop get freebies and bonus points as well as samples. I thought Sephora was the best but I love the fact that I dont have to deal with cranky employees and I can just shop online and get it delivered to my home directly. What a great site!

Love, love, love this app. So easy to use. There isnt an ULTA here in Hawaii. I hope that changes soon. There is so much to choose from. Great prices. Items you cant get here in Hawaii, etc. Keep up the great work!!

Some bad moments
My Ulta app is crashing so badly. I cant keep this app anymore its very annoying :(. Even when I just tap on it, it goes to the main page it just crashes me out.
App keeps crashing, does not show full picture of gift sets, unable to zoom and customer service at ulta was useless.
To make a long story short, horrible customer service and they did nothing to retain my business.
App isnt reliable at all. Constantly force logging me out. When I attempt to log back in the app acts like Im still logged in and attempting to log in twice when really Im just trying to log back in after being force logged out. ANNOYING!!!!!!!!!
Every time I open the app on IOS it force closes on me. Needs an update ASAP.
App is easy super easy to use- especially when it comes to reordering things I use frequently that my local drugstore doesnt always carry. Exactly what Im looking for from a shopping app.
