The Ulta app is the bomb
I am a total makeup hair care skin care and over all beauty geek. I love to shop get freebies and bonus points as well as samples. I thought Sephora was the best but I love the fact that I dont have to deal with cranky employees and I can just shop online and get it delivered to my home directly. What a great site!
